Dock and lift booking
Loading dock windows, goods lifts and building access arranged before the truck leaves, so it is not idling in a driveway.
Out-of-hours work
Scheduled outside trading so a floor is working when staff arrive. Available on request, charged at the standard day rate plus 50%.
Fitout and churn
New floors, floor moves and desk churn, sequenced so the parts the tenant needs first are working first.
Building compliance
Site inductions, insurances and WHS documentation supplied to building management before attendance.
Multi-tenant discretion
Crews working common areas of an occupied building, presented and behaving accordingly.
Storage between phases
Hardware held on pallets at Mortdale with a location against each unit when a floor is not ready.
Booked, staged, installed, signed.
Planned backwards from the day the floor has to be usable, not forwards from when the hardware is available.
Survey and book
Floor plan, positions, dock window, lift booking and building requirements confirmed up front.

Configured and test-printed at Mortdale, then staged on pallets by floor and install order.

Signed sheet with the person who received it — name, role, date, serial.
What buyers ask us.
- Can you work after hours or on weekends?
- Yes, on request — evenings and weekends both, so a floor is working when staff arrive. Out-of-hours work is charged at the standard day rate plus 50%.
- Can you supply documentation for building management?
- Police-checked technicians, construction induction and WHS certification are held and can be supplied, along with certificates of currency for public liability and goods in transit.
- Do you handle the dock and lift bookings?
- Yes. Access is arranged before the truck leaves, because a booking missed at that end costs the whole window.
- What if the floor is not ready on the day?
- Units hold on pallets at Mortdale with a location and a days-in-storage count against each, and the install is rescheduled.
- Can you do a floor move as well as a new fitout?
- Yes — decommissioned, moved under custody and reinstalled by the same technicians, with the register kept current.
