Storage is easy to sell and hard to prove. The proof is whether a location and a date can be produced for any unit on request.
Pallet-level storage
A pallet location against every unit, and a days-in-storage count that starts the day it lands. 62 units are held at Mortdale as at the current stock-on-hand file.
Run-up bench
Power on, firmware and OS load, configuration, serial verification and test print, signed at the bench before anything is allowed on a truck.
Staging by site
Held on pallets grouped by destination site and install order, so a run can be loaded without re-picking the whole floor.
Pre-configuration
Devices configured to your environment while they are still on our floor, so site time is install time rather than setup time.
Consumables
Toner and consumables held, packed and shipped on request against the same asset records.
Workshop
Bench space for assembly, checks and rework before despatch, rather than doing it in a corridor on site.

- How is storage charged?
- Per pallet, per week, with a pallet location and a days-in-storage count against every unit — so the invoice reconciles against the record rather than against an estimate. Rates are quoted with the job.
- How much floor space do you have?
- Our Mortdale facility handles day-to-day storage, staging and equipment run-up, with additional warehousing capacity available for larger deployments and project rollouts. No floor-area figure is published; capacity is scoped per rollout.
- Can we get stock reports?
- Yes. The stock-on-hand file lists every unit with its location and days in storage.
- Can you hold consumables as well as hardware?
- Yes. Toner and consumables are held and shipped on request against the same asset records.
