The work, itemised.
Transport is the part everyone quotes on. The difference is what the paperwork says when the truck arrives.
Metro and regional runs
Sydney metro and regional NSW, scheduled against your install dates rather than against our route sheet.
Loaded in install order
Units go on the truck in the order they come off it. The crew works a floor in one pass instead of chasing pallets around a building.
Asset list per run
The driver carries the list for the run, so what arrives can be checked against what was scheduled — on the dock, not at audit.
Logged out against the docket
Every unit is logged out of Mortdale before it moves and logged in on arrival. Two records, not one signature at the end.
Site access and dock booking
Loading dock windows, lift bookings and building access arranged before the truck leaves, so it is not sitting in a driveway.
Staged returns
Old units, packaging and pallets come back on the same run rather than being left for someone else to deal with.
Scheduled to the install, not to the route.
A transport run is planned backwards from the day the hardware has to be working.
Sequence the sites
Install dates first, then the runs that serve them. Sites grouped so a crew is not crossing the city twice in a week.
Stage and load
Picked from racking, staged on pallets by site, shrink-wrapped and loaded in install order.
Move and log
Logged out against the docket, driver carries the asset list, logged in on arrival at the site.
Hand over
Signed against the person who received it, with anything short or damaged raised on the day.

A delivery docket proves something left. It does not prove what arrived. These are the records that do.

What buyers ask us.
- Do you cover regional NSW?
- Yes. Coverage is NSW-wide, scheduled against your install dates.
- What size is your fleet?
- Two hydraulic tail-lift fitted vehicles, with stair climbers and the rest of the handling gear held rather than hired in. Larger rollouts are sequenced across planned runs rather than by putting more trucks on the road at once, which is what the staging space at Mortdale is for.
- What insurance covers goods in transit?
- NTI Carriers Protect goods-in-transit cover, and $20,000,000 public and products liability. Certificates of currency are available on request.
- Can you deliver outside business hours?
- Yes, on request — evenings and weekends both. Out-of-hours work is charged at the standard day rate plus 50%.
- Do you transport hardware you did not store?
- Yes. It is still logged in, checked against the asset list and logged out the same way, so the record is complete either way.
