Fleet work, itemised.
A forty-device rollout across a dozen sites is a scheduling problem with an installation attached. Both halves are Honor's.
Multi-site rollout
Sites sequenced against install dates, one coordinator holding the whole run, and a register that says where every unit is at any point in it.
Run-up before despatch
Powered on, firmware and OS loaded, configured, serial verified and test printed at the Mortdale bench. Nothing leaves the dock until that is signed.
Delivered in install order
Staged on pallets by site and loaded so units come off the truck in the order the crew needs them. A floor is done in one pass rather than by chasing pallets around a building.
Installed and configured on site
Monitoring software and PaperCut configured on site where required, the serial checked against your asset register, and the device connected to the required print queue and tested before the crew leaves.
Swap-out and decommission
The outgoing fleet is decommissioned, logged and removed on the same visit, so a site is not running two fleets and paying for both.
Documented handover
A signed installation sheet per unit — name, role, date, serial — and a serial reconciliation against the register you gave us at the start.

On a fleet rollout the paperwork is what you are actually buying. A docket proves a truck arrived; these prove what is standing on each floor.

- Can you deploy a fleet across multiple NSW sites?
- Yes. Sites are sequenced against install dates with one coordinator across the whole run, and every unit carries a location from the moment it books into Mortdale until it is signed for on a floor.
- Do you work white-label for managed print providers?
- Yes. That is the primary channel. Crews go onto the floor under your name, with your paperwork, as an extension of your team.
- Do you configure print management, or just deliver?
- Configure, where it is in the job scope and the site's network access allows it. Monitoring software and PaperCut are set up on site, the serial is checked against your asset register, and the device is connected to the required print queue and tested. A device that is plugged in but not on the right queue is not an installed device.
- How many devices can you run up in a week?
- At the Mortdale bench, up to 50 A4 devices or 25 A3 devices a week. Wide-format equipment is usually run up and installed on site instead, so it does not consume bench capacity. Those are the ceilings on a full week — a mixed fleet sits between them.
- What happens to the old fleet?
- It is decommissioned, logged and removed on the same visit where the schedule allows. Data destruction is handled by a specialist provider rather than in-house — Honor's part is the custody record and the serial trail either side of it. A Certificate of Data Destruction is issued by Asset LifeCycles Management Group (ALM Group).
- Do you hold stock between sites?
- Yes. Pallet-level storage at Mortdale with a location and a days-in-storage count against every unit, which is what makes a staged rollout across a dozen sites possible without a device going missing between them.
